Electro-Hydraulic SF608 Track Pile Driving Rig For Piling and Piles
Basic Inrormation:
Our electro-hydraulic track pile driving rig, as its name suggests, is a machine driven by electric-hydraulic control system. It can be equipped with hydraulic vibrator, hydraulic hammer, DTH, auger device etc. Various construction methods can be realized by modular combination, such as SMW, CFG, CFA, DRA and PRD.
This type of piling rig is widely used in underground piling fundamental construction and deep foundation pit supporting construction of buildings, bridges, ports, subways and so on.

1. Convenient transition
Hydraulic telescopic crawler design ensures high safety and reliability under working / self walking / road transportation / railway transportation.
2. Stable walking and safe operation
With large grounding size and small grounding pressure, the pile driver is equipped with four hydraulic legs before and after the pile driver, which has high walking stability and is not easy to cause rollover accident.
3. The mobile is flexible and rapid, and the construction efficiency is high
If the large torque hydraulic motor and reducer are used, the walking pile machine will not be difficult to move due to the subsidence of the legs. The construction efficiency can be increased by 2-3 times without dead angle of pile position.
4. Accurate and reliable pile alignment
By controlling the expansion and contraction of the bottom oil cylinder and the horizontal oil cylinder of the mast, the verticality of the pile and the column can be adjusted to ensure the accuracy of pile making. The vertical degree of drilling hole is much better than that of suspended crawler pile machine.
5. Combined column
SF series pile machine can combine the length of column according to different pile depth and construction method.
6. Simple maintenance, high cost performance
The failure rate and maintenance cost of motor are far lower than that of hydraulic drive system with diesel engine as power source.
